Diane Gelb — President and CEO

Founder and President of Test Equipment Solutions Today, Diane Gelb has spent the last eighteen years in various positions within the test and measurement industry. Diane's management experience, knowledge of the industry, and relationships within the industry were extremely useful in the early stages of the company’s formation. During Diane’s early years in the industry she came to realize that many customers were turned away because of the unresponsive service from many companies. She became convinced that a business could effectively provide quality equipment, as well as prompt and courteous service, and has made these the goals of Test Equipment Solutions Today. In her free time (what free time?) she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading. Diane is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and is always available to answer any questions or help customers resolve any issues they may have.

Bob Heyer — Calibration Lab Manager

Bob Heyer joined Test Equipment Solutions Today in 2003 and now serves as the Calibration Lab Manager, handling all calibration and repairs. Bob has been working in calibration and repairs for over twenty-two years, but even before he began his career of repairing and calibrating test and measurement equipment he was using the technology as a Microwave and Tropospheric Radio Technician in the United States Air Force. While many Calibration Managers in the business know how to repair equipment, very few have had 6 years of hands-on experience using the technology. In his spare time Bob enjoys hiking, playing chess, reading "old-school" science fiction, and coaching youth sports.

Lisa Childs —Financial Manager

Lisa Childs started her career with Test Equipment Solutions Today in 2000 and handles multiple areas of the company. With twenty-two years of bank operations experience, Lisa handles the financial side of the business, but also manages the responsibilities of making sure the office runs smoothly. In her free time Lisa enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her family.

Javier Heredia — Warehouse Manager

Test Equipment Solutions Today’s Warehouse Manager has been with the company since 1997. As the company grew it quickly became evident that Javier’s extreme focus and ability to deal with deadlines made him the go-to person to handle the distribution and the operational side of the business. With his loyalty and dedication, it’s no surprise that his outside passions involve his deep commitment to his family, and to his softball team, which he has been with for the last twenty-four years.

Leslie Wanner — Account Manager Region 1

Leslie Wanner was one of Test Equipment Solutions Today’s first employees, helping clients with their test equipment needs since the company started in 1996. Leslie has been working in the test and measurement industry for more than fifteen years, bringing her expertise to many different facets of sales and marketing. Her familiarity with various product lines and technical knowledge make her a valuable asset to her customers and Test Equipment Solutions Today. In her spare time Leslie likes to garden, listen to new music, and hike in the redwoods.

Ana Flores — Account Manager Region 2

Ana Flores has been selling equipment for Test Equipment Solutions Today since 2001, and during her time with the company has won various sales awards. Formerly a loan officer for a major financing company, what separates Ana from most account managers is her dedication to her customers and her ability to go above and beyond both customer and company expectations. Ana speaks fluent Spanish, ensuring that Spanish-speaking customers can receive the help they need. When not in the office, Ana enjoys shopping and relaxing trips to Cabo San Lucas.

Fernando Ibarra — Account Manager Region 3

Backed with twenty years of experience in test and measurement equipment, Fernando Ibarra is one of the most experienced Application Engineers in the industry. Dealing with inside sales for many of the industry’s top names, Fernando not only has a strong understanding of what customers need, but also a deep knowledge of technical specifications for the equipment available on the market. Fernando enjoys playing racquetball, reading and traveling when he isn’t at working at Test Equipment Solutions Today. He is also a certified Massage Therapist.

Al Burman — Account Manager International

With twenty years of electronics experience behind him, bay area native, Al Burman enjoys helping customers resolve their test and measurement needs. Over his twenty years in the industry, Al has learned the ins and outs of every facet of the electronics industry ranging from calibration lab, to tech support, and product management, and uses his vast knowledge to help satisfy customer needs. An avid camper, and fly-fisherman, Al is currently in charge of eBay sales, broker quotes, and international sales.

Denise Kohlmann — New Business Development

Serving the test and measurement industry for over ten years, Denise Kohlmann has been bringing her experience to Test Equipment Solutions Today and its customers since 1997. Denise is in charge of new business development and makes sure customers are updated on new services and programs being offered by Test Equipment Solutions Today. When not at work Denise enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her family.

Tammy Stewart — Marketing and Customer Advocate

Tammy Stewart has been with Test Equipment Solutions Today since 2000 and since then has won various company awards with her success as an Account Manager. Prior to joining Test Equipment Solutions Today, she spent fourteen years in sales for a leading department store. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys her role as a soprano in a choir, reading, and spends time with her family doing various outdoor activities such as biking and traveling. In 2004 Tammy shifted her focus to marketing and customer support within the company.

Cameron Falk — Equipment Management

When a customer needs test equipment that isn’t currently in stock, Cameron Falk is the person who hunts it down for them. Currently working in purchasing, Cameron has been with Test Equipment Solutions Today since 2002, and works closely with the warehouse to ensure that he knows the status of every unit sold. Cameron’s interest in locating units for customers stem from his automotive interest, which often find him combing the web for the highest quality car parts needed to get his vehicles in racing condition.

Lisa Hoska — Administrative

Lisa Hoska has been committed to customer service at Test Equipment Solutions Today since 2001, and hers is the friendly voice you hear first when calling Test Equipment Solutions Today. As well as greeting customers, Lisa also assists all departments with a variety of administrative functions. Lisa enjoys gardening and can often be seen maintaining the plants growing in Test Equipment Solutions Today’s headquarters.

Tony Lopez - Warehouse

When a customer purchases equipment, Tony Lopez is the one who ensures that it arrives safely and in the best condition possible. Currently serving as Test Equipment Solutions Today’s Shipping and Receiving Clerk, Tony is working toward helping the company branch out to the Hispanic and international markets. Tony is a workaholic, focused on bringing customers the quality that they require, but when he isn’t working he can be found on the basketball courts shooting hoops.
